Do you have passion to help change peoples’ lives using sport and physical activity in communities? If you answered yes, then read on for more information!

InUnity: what do we do?

Think Youth.  Think Community Development.  Think Activities.  Think about making a real difference.  Put it all together and that’s exactly what we do!

We have young people at the heart of our work, and we provide a range of programmes and interventions in the south Birmingham area.

Thanks to some additional external funding, we are partnering with the training provider Mitre to provide a fantastic apprenticeship opportunity to support a brand-new programme – Back on Track.

Back on Track will include a range of different youth interventions but there will be one underlying theme - sport & physical activity.

Throughout the 16-month apprenticeship we can promise you the full experience of what it’s like working in this sector.  All we ask for in return is that you have passion, respect, reliability, and enthusiasm.  We can support you with the rest!

So, if you’re at a turning point, not sure what to do next, fancy a complete change from your current area of work, or whatever your circumstances are – have a read.

To apply, you will need to:

  • Read through the Job Description and Specification here.

  • Take a look at our website to see if you like what we do, taking note of our core values.

  • Send a copy of your CV & A covering letter (no more than 2 pages) detailing why you are the person for this role based on the information included in the Job specification and the duties.
