Louise Mills
(Chair)
Louise brings a wealth of expertise from the field of sport & public health. Lou currently works for Telford & Wrekin council commissioning team for Public Health & therefore really understands what the third sector can achieve. Lou has been a trustee since InUnity’s inception in 2011 & has bought depth & experience to the InUnity family.
Stephen Williams (Treasurer)
Steve came to InUnity in the role of a mentor through our supporters, Sported. His experience in finance makes him a great asset to our Board – providing analysis and support on our accounts & encouraging InUnity to look at ways of diversifying our income. His love of sport too means he is just the perfect guy for this role!
James
Brooman
Although James is husband to InUnity’s founder & CEO, Hannah – he still provides a lot of support to InUnity in his role as trustee. IT, back-office support and GDPR is all his thing. This role complements his day to day work, being part of a large corporate & provides fresh eyes and ideas to the team.
Darren Phillips
Darren has always been a ‘friend’ of InUnity, but became a trustee in 2021. A real all-rounder who enjoys comedy, cricket, music and all things community, that’s why he was attracted to InUnity; using all those passions for social good! By day Darren works as a project manager so brings that experience to InUnity, thinking about funding, risk management and the various processes that go with managing grant funded programmes.
Simon Hall
Born in Worcestershire and with other 25 years working in the West Midlands commercial, voluntary and public sector in sport for health, economic development and social change, Simon brings extensive knowledge and expertise in developing stakeholder relationships and attracting funding. You can also guarantee that he will ask about the learning and impact on any work we are doing. A runner, a bee keeper and a big Birmingham City fan

“Inunity have a unique and excellent reputation of engaging young people who wouldn’t normally access sport and physical activity opportunities; and work innovatively and effectively in some of the most challenging areas of Birmingham and are genuinely changing the life’s of young people”
